OFFICIAL RULES
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. Sweepstakes begins 10:00 AM ET on March 10, 2023 and ends at 6:00 PM ET on March 23, 2023 (“Entry Period”). Open to legal residents of the 50 United States, District of Columbia, age 18 or older, who are U.S.-based registered members of the Citi Alumni Network (not pending registration approval thereof), and reside in the NY Metro Area (NY, NJ, CT), (“Entrants”) as determined by Citibank, N.A. (“Sponsor”) in its sole discretion. Void where prohibited. Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
HOW TO ENTER: During the Entry Period (i) you can enter by logging into the Citi Alumni Network website, and updating your current city/country location AND work history in your member profile (if applicable), or (ii) if you have already updated your member profile you can enter just by logging into the Citi Alumni Network website. Logging in to update your member profile during the Entry Period or if you have already updated your member profile logging in during the Entry Period will count as one (1) entry into the sweepstakes drawing, regardless of the number of updates made or log in attempts. Limit: One (1) entry per person. All entries become the property of the Sponsor.
DRAWING: Potential winners will be selected in a random drawing on or about March 24, 2023, at or around approximately 10:00 AM ET by Sponsor, at 388 Greenwich Street, New York, NY. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries/profile updates received.
PRIZES: Five (5) Grand Prize winners will each receive one (1) members-only invitation (for member and one (1) guest) to the Juan de Pareja, Afro-Hispanic Painter Exhibition reception on Monday, April 3, 2023, at the Metropolitan Museum of Art, 1000 Fifth Avenue, New York, New York 10028 at 6:00 pm ET. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $0.
A winner may not substitute, assign, or transfer a prize or redeem a prize for cash, but Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to substitute a prize (or portion thereof) with one of comparable or greater value. Travel to and from, and parking at the Metropolitan Museum of Art, is not included. All federal, state and local taxes and any other costs and expenses associated with participation in this Sweepstakes, including your acceptance and use of the Prize is the sole responsibility of each winner. All expenses in connection with the prize (other than taxes) are the sole responsibility of each winner.
GENERAL CONDITIONS:Potential winners may be required to execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility/Liability Release and, where legal, a Publicity Release, which must be returned within three (3) days of issuance. In the event of noncompliance with this time period, these rules or if the prize notification is unclaimed or returned as undeliverable, potential winner will be disqualified and an alternate winner will be selected. Sponsor, and their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, and advertising and promotion agencies, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”) are not responsible for late, lost, stolen, damaged, inaccurate, illegible, mutilated, incomplete, undelivered or misdirected entries or lost or stolen entry boxes, or for any errors of any kind, whether computer, technical, mechanical, typographical, printing, human or otherwise, relating to or in connection with the sweepstakes. Each winner, by acceptance of prize, except where legally prohibited, grants permission for Sponsor and its designees to use his/her name, address (city and state), photograph, voice and/or other likeness and prize information for advertising, trade and promotional purposes in any and all media now known or hereafter discovered, worldwide, in perpetuity, without compensation, notification or permission. Entrants (i) agree to be bound by the terms of these Official Rules and decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding, and (ii) release and hold harmless the Released Parties from any liability resulting from participation in this sweepstakes or use of any prize.
